These five models are the only new luxury cars with both the lowest-possible scores for predicted reliability from Consumer Reports plus a below average ‘overall manufacturing quality’.
This gets me thinking, even if you are buying one those massive SUVs to shield yourself (My dad had one) during a car crash, it makes no sense on three counts—you are going to incur lots of expenditure on petro/diesel, pollute the environment, and would have to spend more for maintenance and also on the numerous occasions when it breaks down.
