COME BACK

Mark my words my class is havoc. Terrible to handle. First lecture and we all hardly care who’s actually teachin. Apna kya hai I just sit quietly in one corner ad I always keep in mind the good points of the lecture the rest all is trash for me. Today I was a little more bored and I had pain in my throat (the tonsils area) so I wanted to distract myself from the pain. Mind you this distraction was good but also made me cause a lot of blunders today. I’ll explain how.

Got the HT in my hands. Saw the headlines and the pic of a girl smiling and staring out of the window. Another topper. (Somehow I don’t connect to them). Bas uske baaju mein aisi news dekhi which might change the whole market scenario in Sensex.
Apparently SEBI has allowed the Mutual funds to invest in Real Estate. This is gonna be a new much needed boost to the already stale market. Small time investors surely know how much real estate can fetch them. A flat in vashi ten years ago would hav costed 2 lacs its now 35 lacs. Similarly a flat in kharghar costs 12 lacs now which will be 25 in the next 3 years. Property investors have been banking on navi-mumbai getting an airport very soon.

Well sat on the first bench thinking will do a roject with mihir and bhavik but found that swati was alone. Bolaaa I need to do projects wid new people to learn things the hard way. Took the challenge josh mein.. faaltooiri ho gayaa.
The realized viva mein toh apni khatiyaa khadi ho jaayegi…
